Everybody wants a quick fix. You may get results, but they won’t be permanent. The permanent results come from you pushing through your limits.

Fitness not as a destination but a way of life. We have to visualize a successful victory before we even start a very difficult challenge. 
Right now we are all facing a very difficult challenge and we don’t know when the finish line is coming.

One of the most difficult things is life is to continue running your hardest when you don’t know the end point.
